Q1. How to apply a sample ?
The sample order is always welcome.
The samples without any customization will be available generally within 1-3 days;
The samples with customization take generally 5-10 days, depends on the detailed requirements.
The sample cost is refundable sometimes, but the freight cost is always paid by the receiver.
Q2. What about MOQ?
The normal MOQ is 3000pcs per item, and we accept small trial orders via Alibaba.
BTW, most of our key accounts order FCL every batch.
Q3. How many days for production?
The production time is generally 15-25 days, depends on the order details and our real-time
production schedule when the order placed.
Q4. What about the package?
The routine packing method is that each wrapped with OPP bag and white box then master carton.
The customized package is acceptable.
Q5. What about shipping method?
Frankly, I don’t think this should be a question at all. As long as you can contact us, we can ship the goods to you. By express,
by sea, by train, or by air, etc. You are the boss.
Q6 What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing
screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
Q7 How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors.
Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
Q8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight.
